Introducing Bespoke Partner Portals: Everything You Need, All in One Place

We're excited to announce the launch of something we've been working on for a while - bespoke partner portals for every TalkCampus client.

Whether you're a university, college, accommodation provider, or one of our growing network of partners, you now have your own dedicated portal on the TalkCampus website. It's designed to be the single place you go to manage, monitor, and get the most out of your TalkCampus partnership.

Why we built it

As our client base has grown, so has the volume of resources, reports, and communications flowing between our team and yours. Marketing assets lived in shared folders. Quarterly reports arrived by email. Feature requests came through different channels depending on who you spoke to. It worked, but it wasn't seamless - and seamless is what your team deserves when you're running a student wellbeing programme alongside everything else on your plate.

Partner portals bring all of that together in one place, accessible any time, with no need to chase files or wait for a response from our team.

What's inside your portal

Your portal is a one-stop shop built around the things our partners tell us they need most.

Marketing assets and key resources - Every co-branded asset, launch guide, poster template, and digital resource for your institution is stored in your portal and kept up to date by our team. No more digging through old emails or wondering whether you have the latest version. When we create something new for your campaign, it goes straight into your portal.

Policies and documentation - Your safeguarding policies, agreements, and platform documentation are all accessible in one place. When policies are updated, your portal reflects the changes so your team is always working from the current version.

Preferences and embedded services - Need to update your students services within TalkCampus or make a change to your incident reporting preferences? You can manage that directly through your portal. 

Feature requests and feedback - We've built a simple way for you to submit feature requests and share feedback directly from your portal. This feeds straight into our product team, so your voice shapes what we build next. 

Quarterly reports - This is one we're particularly proud of. Your portal now hosts your quarterly insight reports - in-depth deep dives into student sentiment, engagement trends, and platform usage across your TalkCampus community. Rather than waiting for a PDF to land in your inbox, you can access your latest report (and every previous one) whenever you need it. They're a powerful tool for understanding how your students are feeling and demonstrating the impact of your wellbeing provision to senior leadership.

News, features, and releases - Your portal keeps you up to date with new features, product releases, campaigns, and all the latest updates from the TalkCampus team. No more wondering whether you missed an announcement - it's all there in your portal feed.

Built for teams, not just individuals

We know that TalkCampus doesn't sit with just one person at your institution. Wellbeing leads, marketing teams, IT, and senior leadership all interact with the platform in different ways. That's why partner portals come with different access levels for different members of your team. Everyone sees what's relevant to them, and sensitive data stays with the people who need it.

Setting up your team is straightforward - just log in to your portal on the TalkCampus website and manage access from there.

Rolling out now

We're rolling out partner portals to all TalkCampus clients, both existing and new. If you're already part of the TalkCampus community, your portal is ready and waiting. Your account manager will be in touch with login details and a short walkthrough, but honestly, we've designed it to be intuitive enough that most teams won't need one.

If you're new to TalkCampus, your portal will be set up as part of your onboarding, so you'll have everything from day one.

What's next

This is version one, and we have plans to make your portal even more useful over the coming months. Think live dashboards, direct messaging with your TalkCampus account team, and deeper customisation options.
